SPICY MUSHROOM PAKODA

MUSHROOM PAKODA
INGREDIENTS:
  1. Mushroom_30g
  2. Besan flour(Bengal gram Dal)-75g
  3. Rice flour-25g
  4. salt-to taste
  5. Oil-for deep fat frying
  6. Ginger & garlic paste-1tsp
  7. Red chilly powder-1tsp
METHOD OF PREPARATON:
  1. In a bowl add rice flour , roasted Bengal  gram flour , salt . ginger garlic paste & red chilly powder
  2. Make the mixture as a batter using some water.
  3. Scrub the mushroom then only it will absorb batter.
  4. Dip the mushroom in the batter & deep fat fry it
  5. Garnish it with coriander leaves & spring onions.
