MUSHROOM PAKODA
INGREDIENTS:
- Mushroom_30g
- Besan flour(Bengal gram Dal)-75g
- Rice flour-25g
- salt-to taste
- Oil-for deep fat frying
- Ginger & garlic paste-1tsp
- Red chilly powder-1tsp
METHOD OF PREPARATON:
- In a bowl add rice flour , roasted Bengal gram flour , salt . ginger garlic paste & red chilly powder
- Make the mixture as a batter using some water.
- Scrub the mushroom then only it will absorb batter.
- Dip the mushroom in the batter & deep fat fry it
- Garnish it with coriander leaves & spring onions.
